MX Bulletin - FIM Africa Championships Ladies Rule Change

FIM AFRICA MOTOCROSS BULLETIN : LADIES CLASS

Please note the following change – with immediateeffect – to the regulations for the MX of African Nations regulations :

 

3.2Classes:-

 

Ladies Class:  Riders aged 11years  and above on 85cc2-stroke/150cc 4-stroke,  and 13years and above on 125cc 2-strokemotorcycles. Riders of 14 years and above may also compete on a 250cc 4-strokemotorcycle. Therefore, the Ladies Class will race as a combined age/capacityclass, as one class. On the Day, the Jury will have the authority to divide theclass into  Lites and 125/250, if the numbers permit.

 

If there should be insufficient entries to form a Ladies Class, , the Ladiescan join the respective  men capacity classes, and there will be no LadiesClass.


However, a Ladies Trophy will be awarded based on points and the Jury'sdecision.


 NB:      FMNs will be notified regarding thenumber of entries in this class immediately after closing date of entries


Minimum Entries per Class:- A minimum of 8 (male) Riders and  6 (lady) Riders at registration, will constitute a Class.
