The fourth round of the 2013 Uganda Motocross Championship was organized by Speedway Motorcycle Club and sponsored by Mountain Dew and supported by TOTAL (Fuel), Safe Solutions (Firefighting equipment), International Air Ambulance (Medical) on Sunday 16th June, 2013.

(Wazir Omar (24) and Paddy Blick (99) – MX 650)
Due to the decreased number of spectators experienced in the last 3 rounds, the organisers decided to take MX nearer to the people and invite a Free-style rider from South Africa to grace the event. The event was held at the Kabaka’s (King’s) Lubiri (Palace) which is a walking distance from Kampala City Centre – this being a historical venue because the inaugural Motocross event in Uganda was started here. This was a challenge as a track had to be built in one month. This innovation paid fruit as we had close to 7,000 spectators compared to about 500 in the previous round.
We had a total of 43 Riders in the following classes:
- MX 50 - 11
- MX 65 - 6
- MX 85 - 5
- MX 2 - 9
- MX 1 - 9
- MX Seniors (Over 40 years old) - 3
We had 4 Female (Women) riders participating:
- Isebella Blick – MX 50
- Esther Mwangala – MX 50
- Zawedde Mayanja – MX 50
- Sharifah Nansereka – MX 65
Everyone present was treated to great MX action especially in the Junior Classes.
