Issuing licences to foreign riders

Dear Madam or Sir,

 

Recently, we have been contacted by several FMNs with complaints that a licence has been issued to one of their nationals by a different FMN without them being contacted beforehand.

 

We would like to remind you that the FIM Sporting Code, Art 70.2.1 clearly states that the FMN in question must always ensure that the applicant is not suspended or disqualified by his/her FMN for regulatory or disciplinary reasons.
